fantastic central stay
convenient location friendly staff spacious room varied breakfast
i found the location convenient, right in the heart of everything. the staff were always friendly (they even helped me with directions!). my room was quite spacious with a good view of the piazza. breakfast had a lot of options including mimosas, a nice touch.
the shower in my room was a bit small for my liking.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including mimosas. i noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot items were available daily. the quality of the food was consistently good, and the area was well-kept.

the staff were cordial and professional. they helped make dinner reservations. i observed them assisting other guests with travel arrangements. they were always happy to answer questions.

the hotel is located very centrally in the city (close to the train station). it is within easy walking distance to many attractions. the immediate area has plenty of restaurants and shops.

small hotel rooms weak breakfast
the room was decent in size location was great it was walkable to sights and a few mins from the train station
the hotel rooms were just too small for a place claiming four stars it was hard to move around inside i also found the breakfast to be very weak for the rating

excellent stay near the station
train station helpful staff
the location was superb, very close to the train station. i could easily walk to many restaurants and attractions. the staff were helpful with directions, i found this very useful.

a decent stay
convenient location train station helpful staff room soundproofing plumbing issue gurgling noise
the location proves to be very convenient. it is within walking distance of the train station. i found the staff quite pleasant and helpful.
the hotel rooms seemed not soundproof at all. i could hear plumbing issues. my sink made strange gurgling noises when water ran nearby.
